Cape Town Historic Places of Worship

Walking Tour - Morning or Afternoon

This tour takes you on a visit to several different places of worship tracing the course of South Africa's religious history. In 1652 when the Dutch East India Company established their settlement at the Cape they allowed no freedom of religion - the only church permitted was the Dutch Reformed. Today we celebrate total freedom of religion.
